歼击机飞行员软组织外科疾病的研究

Disease convalescence Research on pedigree of the fighter pilot surgical soft tissue illness

本文对 13 0名歼击机飞行员进行软组织外科疾病体检调查发现 ,发病原因以劳损、及劳损合并风寒湿多见 ,发病部位以腰部 (腰肌劳损等 )、颈部 (颈部软组织损伤 )多见。发病率 ,随着年龄增长 ,飞行时间增加而增高 ,达61.5%。各年龄组、各飞行时间组比较 ,差异非常显著 (P<0 .0 1)。提示软组织外科疾病是歼击机飞行员的多发病 。

Through investigation On 130 cases Of fighter pilot surgical soft tissue illness,this article concludes that muscul ar strain and rheumatism are the main reasons.The location Of this disease is m ostly around the waist(psoatic stiain,etc)Neck (neck soft tissue lesion,etc).Th e incidence of this disease increases with age and serving time grow,wile that o f the latter one reaches 61.5%(P<0.01) under both situation.The differenc e under each situation is very obvious.Suggest that the surgical soft tissue i llness is a frequently occurring disease of the fighter pilot,and thus it needs much none attention
