Effect of Paeonol on Immunological Function in Mice

目的 :研究丹皮酚对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 :测定小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能 ,小鼠血清溶血素的形成 ,二硝基氯苯 (DNCB)所致小鼠迟发型变态反应。结果 :丹皮酚能提高巨噬细胞的吞噬功能 ,使小鼠血清溶血素明显增加 ,增强 DNCB所导致的皮肤迟发性变态反应。结论

Objective:To study the effect of paeonol on immunological function in mice.Methods: we determined phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophage , formation of serum hemolysin and delayed hypcrscnsitivity induced by dinitrochlorobcnzcnc (DNCB) in mice.Results: The result indicated that paeonol could improve phagocytosis of macrophage, increase serum phagocytosis of macrophage,increase serum hemolysill and enhance delayed hypersensitivity induced by DNCB obscrvably.Conclusion:It suggests that paeonol could enhance the fuctions of specific humoral immunity,cellular immunity and non-specific immunity.
