摘要
目的 :比较不同提取工艺对提取液中微量元素含量的影响。方法 :采用原子吸收分光光度法进行测定。结果 :5 0 %乙醇提取液中的锌和硒含量最高 ,分别为 1 7.0 9mg/ ml和 5 .83mg/ ml。结论
Objective: To observe the effect of different extract technology of total flavones in choetospondias axillaries fructus on the content of microelements in five extracts.Methods:The content of microelements in five extracts was determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry.Results:The content of Zn and Se in the extract collected by 50% alcohol is higher than those in other extracts(17.09mg/ml or 5.83 mg/ml).Conclusion:There are obvious influence of different extract technology of total flavones in choetospondias axillaries fructus on the content of microelements.
