摘要
目的 :了解包头市蒙、汉族中学生心理卫生状况。方法 :运用症状自评量表 (SCL- 90 )对 1 2 1 9名在校中学生 (其中蒙族学生 4 2 4名 ,汉族学生 795名 )进行调查。结果 :蒙族中学生 SCL- 90总分及各因子分均明显高于国内常模(P <0 .0 1 ) ,汉族中学生除人际敏感和抑郁两因子外 ,强迫症状因子明显低于国内常模 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,其余各因子及总分亦明显高于国内常模 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;蒙族女生 SCL- 90总分及各因子分明显高于汉族女生 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,而男生除躯体化和恐怖因子外 ,其他因子及总分在蒙汉族间无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :蒙族中学生的心理卫生问题较汉族中学生为重 ,因此应重视和加强蒙族中学生的心理健康教育和心理咨询工作。
Objective:In order to know status of students' mental health in Mongolian and Hans.Methods:Investigate 1 219 students-Mongolian students 424,Hans 795 ,by symptom checklist 90(SCL-90). Results:Both total score of SCL-90 and scores of respective factors obviously exceed the domestic norm (P<0.01) except aspects of Han students in interpersonal sensitivity and depression.The female students in Mongolian surpass thoes in Hans with regard to the total score and scores of respective factors(P<0.01).But in male students, the total score and most of scores of respective factors of the Mongolian's group are the same as those of the Hans'(P>0.05).Conclusion:The mental problem in Mongolian students is more serious than that of Hans' students. Thus, more attention should be paid to strengthen the mental health education and psychological consultation in the Mongolian middle school.
