摘要
孔子是中国古代伟大的思想家、教育家和政治活动家 ,同时 ,他在养生方面也创立了具有鲜明儒家特色的养生保健体系 ,从道德养生、心理养生、音乐养生、体育养生、饮食养生、起居劳逸养生、读书养生、旅游养生等方面全面地阐释了中国古代的养生文化。孔子养生理论的核心是致“中和” ;孔子养生理论的特色是“身心并修” ;孔子养生理论的精髓是“仁者寿”。孔子养生的理论与实践是对中国古代养生文化的重大贡献 。
Confucius was a great thinker, educator and political activist. But little is known about his original theory of health preservation with striking Confucian characteristics, which deals with how to stay healthy by means of morality cultivation, music, exercises, choice of food, travel, regular work and relaxation, etc. Such a theory gives an all-round explanation to the culture of health preservation in ancient China. The core of this theory is to realize 'harmony', the feature' to keep healthy both physically and mentally', and the marrow, 'A virtuous man can achieve a longevity'. The theory and practice of the health preservation of Confucius is a great contribution to both the health care culture of ancient China and the health cause of mankind.
