摘要
武术文化是中国传统文化的组成部分。中华武术几乎涵盖了中国传统文化的各种成份和要素 ,渗透着中国传统文化的精髓。在对外传播中 ,中华武术应以弘扬民族精神和传统美德为根本宗旨 ,以武术健身功能的开发为传播的最佳切入点。
Chinese martial arts are reflections and productions of traditional Chinese cultures as well as one of the components. They cover almost all the traditionally cultural factors and essentials. In external transmission Chinese martial arts should be based on developing national spirits and centered on their healthful effects.
