现代师生关系的建构与超越

Constructing and Exceeding Modern Teacher-Student Relationships

中国传统文化之关键在于“关系” ,中国社会自古就是一种伦理、人情的社会。传统的师生关系是“尊师爱生”的一种代际伦理关系 ,充满“师道尊严”的压制和顺从。我们现在的师生关系是教师和学生为了完成教学任务而形成的合作关系 ,烙上了市场经济的痕迹。现代师生关系的建构与超越须以传统文化为依托 ,从对传统师生关系的探究中吸取精华 ,剔除糟粕 ,使师生关系转向深厚的人文传统和人格平等、权责对等的现代伦理准则。

As Chinese society attaches great importance to morality and human relationships, the key of Chinese traditional culture lies in all kinds of 'relationships'. The traditional relationship between the teacher and the student is the intergenerational ethic relationship of 'Respect the teacher and love the student', full of inhibition and obedience due to the need of 'dignity of the teaching profession'. To complete the teaching and learning tasks, the teacher and the student at present has built a relationship of cooperation and that relationship bears a brand of market economy. On the basis of traditional culture, the constructing and exceeding of modern teacher-student relationship must absorb the essence and reject the dross when studying the traditional one, and direct it to more humanistic and modern ethic principles, characteristic of equality in moral quality and reciprocity in power and responsibility.
