摘要
研究了乙二醛双缩 (2—羟基苯胺 )与钙离子的显色反应 在PH值 12～ 13范围内 ,该试剂与Ca反应生成紫红色配合物 ,无需萃取 ,在乙醉存在下 ,性质稳定 方法检出限为 0 .0 5 0 μg/ml,线性范围为 0 .10～ 1.5 0 μg/ml.此方法用于检测补钙药品、保健品中钙含量 ,快速。
The color reaction was explored between glyoxal double condensation(2—hydroxyl aniline) and calciumion.Within the range of PH value from 12. to 13,purplish red compound was produced from the reaction between the reagent and Ca,which showed steady quality with alcohol without extraction.The method is quicker and more convenient in determing the amount of calcium in medicine for tonitying calcium.
