Through the setting-up of one conjecture laboratory of organic chemistry, the applications of 3D MAX in the setting-up of the 3D model of organic chemical instrument, the making of the glass material, the conjecture of experimental phenomenon and the settings of some key parameters in this course are discussed in this paper.
