普通高校足球选项课教学改革的探讨

近年来随着高校体育教学改革的逐步深入 ,体育课也由单一的普通体育课逐渐被各专项体育课所取代 .对足球选项课改革的必要性 ,足球选项课课程内容 ,教学方法以及考核方法的改革进行了一些分析 .其目的在于使学生较系统地掌握足球基本理论知识、技术技能 ,通过理论与实践学习 ,掌握一技之长 ,以备将来用于健身与养护 ,达到终身受益 .

This paper points out the necessity of reforming the selective course of football,and analyzes the reform of course contents,teaching methods and testing ways of the football course,in order to let students systematically master the basic knowledge and skills of football and gain benefits for the rest of life.
