今年上半年,我国金融运行特点显著。主要表现为,金融机构贷款增加较多;货币供应量M2增长速度明显加快;各项存款持续增加;银行间市场交易活跃,货币市场利率呈"V字型"运行;人民币汇率继续保持稳定。

China's financial performance in the first three quarters of 2003 was relatively stable. The main characteristics were: At the end of September, the balance of M2 grew by 20. 7 per cent year-on-year, an increase weaker than that of August; loans provided by financial institutions expanded considerably; deposits of enterprises and households continued to rise; trading in the interbank market was active; money market rates soared since the end of August; and the RMB exchange rate remained stable.
