Strengthening risk control in open-ended repo

随着央行以及财政部于年初相继提出将在今年年内推出开放式回购等交易方式,开放式回购交易成为市场讨论的热点。本文以加强开放式回购业务的风险防范为宗旨,在该项业务的诸多环节上提出防范风险的安排和建议。

Earlier this year, the Central Bank and Ministry of Finance announced that by year end the two institutions will implement open-ended repo trading. Since this announcement, the topic of open-ended repo has become a hot issue. This paper will focus on risk control in open-ended repo trading and will raise suggestions on controlling risk in various stages involved in the open-ended repo process.
