外币清算业务亟待发展

Foreign exchange clearing service yearns for development

国家外汇管理局外币清算业务开办近十年来,取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。随着中国经济和金融体制改革的不断深入和发展,中国入世效应的进一步显现,中国境内外币流量不断增长,但目前外币清算业务却举步唯艰。本文从分析目前外币清算业务存在的问题出发,提出外币清算业务改革的思路。

Since its introduction by the SAFE a decade ago, the foreign exchange clearing service has obtained sound social and economic profits. With the further development of China's economic and financial system reform and the increasing effect of China's entry into the WTO, the flow of foreign exchange in China continues to increase, yet the foreign exchange clearing service is still in recession at present. This paper puts forward suggestions for the foreign exchange clearing service reform after analyzing its existing problems.
