摘要 教育改革已进入新阶段,但对于一个具体的单位来说,改革的理论依据、目标和途径尚需要进引深层的思考和研究。在知识经济的大背景下,资源的重新配置主要是指知识资源配置。通过对知识的管理,提高获得知识的方便程度,降低知识的使用成本,提高知识的收益,应为改革的理论依据和主要目标。对一个学校来说,通过对知识采用编码管理方式和人物化管理方式,既可以降低生产成本,又可以保持自身特色,最终能解决改革中的一些深层次的问题。面对知识经济的发展,只有建成学习型组织,才真正具有应变能力。对本院来说,用知识管理理论,可以解决好自有资源与社会资源的关系,可以得到信息化带来的真正实惠,为正在进行的人事制度改革提供支持。 The education reform has been developed to a new stage, but some issues are still existing: What's the basis and aim of the reform? How to ensure the realization of the reform? On the base of knowledge, all resources must be reconfigured; the main resource is certainly knowledge. The basic theory and real task of the reform should be that through knowledge management, we can obtain knowledge more easily, the cost of knowledge can be cut off, the profit of knowledge can be enhanced. As a college, using the two modes of KM - Codification mode and Personalization mode - we can not only cut down the total cost of running, but also preserve our special feature. As a result, we can solve some problems hiding deep inside. Facing the rapid development of knowledge economic, only when a learning organization is constructed, can we keep up with the changing of the world. Take my college into account, KM can keep the balance of social resource and self-own resource, can give us the benefit of informationization, and give the undergoing reform of human resource a strong support.
