摘要
选用同期怀孕的大尾寒羊6只,空怀羊4只做对照,采用饲养试验,消化代谢试验和气体代谢试验的方法,研究大尾寒羊妊娠期能量的代谢。试验表明:大尾寒羊在妊娠中期(90~120d)和妊娠后期(120~150d)的能量消化率和能量代谢率(ME/GE)与空怀羊非常一致,妊娠羊中、后期对本试验口粮能量消化率分别为66.6%和68.5%,能量代谢率分别为54.6%和56.2%。妊娠羊在妊娠中、后期的产热量分别为410.9和459KJ/kgW^(0.75)·d。妊娠羊后期维持代谢能为426.7KJ/kgW^(0.75),生产代谢能转化为生产净能总效率为0.51。妊娠羊代谢能需要量(MER)为:前期:MER=414W^(0.75);中后期:MER=426.7W^(0.75)+1.96NEp。
6 pregnant sheep and 4 nongravid sheep. by Feeding test, digestion and metabolism experiment and gas metabolism experimen were wsed to study the metabolic rule for pregnant of fat - tail sheep. by The result shows that the energy digestibilities and metabolic rate of fat - tail sheep in middle (90 - 120d) and later pregnancy period (120 ~ 150d) were much consistent with nongravid sheep.The energy digestibilities of fat- tail sheep in middle (90 ~ 120d) and later pregnancy period(120~ 150d) were 66.6% and 68.5% respectively, and metabolic rate were 54.6% and 56.2% respectively. The heat production of tat - tail sheep in middle (90 - 120d) and later pregnancy period(120 ~ 150d) were 410.9 and 459KJ/KgW0.75·d respectively. The metabolic energy for maintenance in later pregnancy period was 426.7 KJ/KgW0.75·d. Total coefficient of net energy to metabolic energy for production was 0.51 .The metabolic energy requirement of pregnant sheep can be calculated with the following equation: Initial period : MER = 414W0.75 ; Middle and later period:MER = 426.7W0.75 + 1.96NEp
