摘要
针对我国农电企业配电网络地理信息系统在开发与应用中存在的问题 ,简要分析了组件式GIS软件开发工具相对于传统GIS软件开发工具的优势 ,结合所完成的抚顺县农电局配电网络地理信息系统开发工作 ,较详细地介绍了10kV配电网络GIS系统的总体设计方案、空间数据库建立方法以及地图操作、属性查询、专题图制作等典型模块的功能实现。
The superiorities of component GIS software development tools to traditional GIS software development tools were analysed,with the consideration of the problems existing in rural power enterprise distribution network GIS development and application.With the accomplished job of Fushun bureau distribution network GIS development as an example,the whole design project of distribution network GIS on10kV,the method of spatial database set up and the function realization of typical module such as map operation,atˉtribute query and theme graph facture were imtroduced.
