PDC钻头多层规划算法的初步研究

摘要 对PDC钻头的多层规划问题作了初步研究,认为多层规划的实质是牙齿磨损量的合理分配问题,其目标是在最短时间内钻穿给定井段的地层。以PDC钻头的钴速和牙齿磨损模式为基础,建立了带有等式和不等式约束的最优化问题模型;提出了多层规划算法的具体实施办法;编制的相应软件解决了在限定进尺条件下的PDC钻头多层规划问题,为实现PDC钻头全局优化、全井设计以及进行其他类型钻头的多层规划创造了条件。 This paper takes PDC bits as the objective of research project to preliminarily study a multiple layer programme problem, and points out that the essence of multi-layer programme is how to reasonably allocate bit wear and its goal is to penetrate all layers of given well intervals during the shortest drilling time. Aoptimization model with equal and unequal restriction conditions is established on the basis of PDC bit's ROP and wear model. Algorithm is put forward to solve this problem with restricting footage accordingly. Therefore, good requirements have been provided to relize global optimization of PDC bit, programme well drilling, and solve multi-layer programme problems for other type of bits.
