摘要
沙漠地区石油装备中的方舱是一种复杂的三维框架结构。用有限元法分析了具有加速度的这种结构,并进行了力学计算。首先设立空间梁单元模式,推导出结构平衡方程;然后应用结构分析程序SAP 5对平衡方程进行计算:①建立下平面四点支撑和上平面四点吊运两种模型,并对空间梁单元划分网格;②根据框架材料计算断面特性;③考虑不同载荷类型计算固端力;④根据实际情况设立三种工况及其边界约束。由此形成方舱应力计算所需数据文件,可在微机上方便运算。最后用电测试验进行了验证,表明应用有限元法计算方舱应力比较接近实际工况。
The cabin is an equipment using in the desert oilfields, which is a kind of 3-dimension. complicated frame structure. The structure with acceleration has been analysed mechanically by finite element method. Constructing the model for a spatial beam and deriving the equilibrium equations of the structure, it can been done to solve the equations with general structure analysis program (SAP5): ①The model of four points support for lower plate and of four points hang for upper plate is obtained, and the spatial beam is divided into grid elements; ②The characteristics of cross section of frame material are recognized; ③The fixed-end forces with respect to different load are calculated; ④Three situations and their boundary constraints according to the practice have been assumed. Consequently, data files wanted by SAP5 can been obtained and operated in a computer. The results calculated mechanically by finite element method are approximate to the practice situation.
