摘要 根据斜井抽油杆柱运动特性,建立了较完整的分析杆柱受力的三维力学模型;利用其所有平衡条件和变形协调关系,分析了杆柱在复杂运动、变形过程中的受力状况,预测了斜井中的悬点最大载荷和最小载荷二个重要参数,以及杆柱任一截面上所有内力分量。实测结果表明与理论计算结果相当吻合。在综合考虑强度、刚度、疲劳寿命的基础上,依据本方法可进行斜井中的抽油杆柱设计及其扶正器的安装位置设计。 A new 3-D mechanical model for a sucker rod in a deviated well has been constructed based on its movement characteristics. Using all equations of equilibrium and compatibility of deflections for an element of a rod, the forcing situation of the rod in the complicated movement and the deflection can been analyzed. Consequently, two important parameters, that are maximum and minimum load-weight of the rod, and the stress components at any cross section are been forecased. The results measured practically are quite approximate to that calculated theoretically. Combining the strength, rigidity and fatigue life, the size and type of the rod as well as the position for the centralizer can been designed by the model.
