高压蓄能器的组合筒设计法

摘要 在高压蓄能器的设计中,按高压工况设计出的单层筒蓄能器壁厚过大,难于进行常规的钢板卷制工艺和无损探伤检测;改用组合筒设计后,能较好地解决上述问题。文中引用加道林条件,导出了高压蓄能器截面直径计算公式,对在相同工况下的单层筒和组合筒的应力进行了分析,并与实际设计的蓄能器进行了比较。结果表明,对文中实例,组合筒与单层筒的内径相同,外半径则减少5mm,重量减轻约20%。因此,有一定的实用性和经济性。 As designing the high pressure accumulators, the wall of single tube according to the condition of high pressure is so thick that there is no method to wind with a steel plate and check for flaw detection without damage These difficulties have been solved well after making the design of combined tubes The Gaedoling's condition is introduced and the formula calculating the diameter of accumulators is derived The stress of single tube and combined tubes under same conditions have been analysed Comparison with the real accumulators indicates that the external diameter is reduced about 15 cm and the weight about 20% if the internal diameter is identical under same condition Therefore, this method is useful for designing and making of the accumulators.
