摘要 通过实验探索,建立了一套炼油污水处理浮选剂筛选与评价的动态模拟试验流程,确定了其室内实验和现场模拟小实验的方法、步骤。针对江汉石化厂含油污水进行了浮选剂筛选试验,评选出了复配浮选剂配方P_1+PHP和P_2+PAM。结果表明,这两个配方在最佳投加条件下,与单独使用无机浮选剂PAC相比,除油率分別提高31.4%和21.3%悬浮物去除率分别提高21.8%和39.7%产渣量分别减少11.8%和54.1%浮渣含油率分别提高2.3倍和3.4倍;药剂费用分别降低29.3%和50.7%。 Study for choosing flotation agents used in the sewage water of peroleum refinery is made We propose a methed of screening flotation agents with laboratory experiment and field simulative tests Two high efficient flotation agents, P_1+PHP andP_2+PAM, are screened out by the method Comparing with the flotation of PAC only, the two flotation agents hava high flotation efficiency, the reducing rate of oil can be 31.4% and 21.3% higher, respectively, and that of suspended matter 21.8% and 39.7% higher, respectively, the amount of producing residue can be 11.8% and 54.1% less, the ratios of oil in flotation residue are 2.3 and 3.4 times higher, but the cost is lowes significantly.
