通过实验探索,建立了一套炼油污水处理浮选剂筛选与评价的动态模拟试验流程,确定了其室内实验和现场模拟小实验的方法、步骤。针对江汉石化厂含油污水进行了浮选剂筛选试验,评选出了复配浮选剂配方P_1+PHP和P_2+PAM。结果表明,这两个配方在最佳投加条件下,与单独使用无机浮选剂PAC相比,除油率分別提高31.4%和21.3%悬浮物去除率分别提高21.8%和39.7%产渣量分别减少11.8%和54.1%浮渣含油率分别提高2.3倍和3.4倍;药剂费用分别降低29.3%和50.7%。
