银杏达莫注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效分析

Observation on Curative Effect of Ginkgo-Dipyridamolum on Unstable Angina Pectoris

目的:观察银杏达莫注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法:将我院住院的88例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为银杏达莫组48例和对照组40例。银杏达莫组在常规治疗的基础上加用银杏达莫注射液20～25ml静脉滴注,每日1次,15d为一疗程;对照组采用常规的抗心绞痛药物治疗,药物包括硝酸酯类口服或静滴,合心爽、β受体阻滞剂(倍他乐克)口服等。观察两组患者心绞痛症状和心电图改善情况与血液流变学指标变化,及对患者血、尿常规与肝肾功能的影响。结果:银杏达莫组心绞痛症状、心电图改善情况及血液流变学指标较对照组均明显改善,而两组患者血、尿常规和肝肾功能无改变。结论:银杏达莫注射液对不稳定型心绞痛的治疗效果显著,且无毒副作用,临床静脉给药安全、有效,值得推广。

To observe the curative effect of Ginkgo - Dipyridamolum on unstable angina pectoris. Methods: 88 cases of patients being hospitalized with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into Ginkgo- Dipyridamolum group (48 cases) and control group (40 cases). Ginkgo - Dipyridamolum (20 - 25ml) was injected via intravenous every day for 15 days in Ginkgo - Dipyridamolum group basing on routine treatment. Anti - andina drugs, such as nitric acid esters, diltiazem andβ - receptor blocders, etc, were applied in control group. Then we observed the changes of symptoms, electrogram (ECG) and indexes of hemorrheology in two groups. Results: The patients' symptom, electrogram and indexes of hemorrheology in Ginkgo - Dipyridamolum group were improved better than those in control group, while there were on changes in blood and urine routine examination as well as tepatic and nephric function. Conclusion: Ginkgo - Dipyridamolum has remarkable curativeeffect on unstable angina pectoris, and it has no side dffects. So it is safe, effective being injected via intravenous. And it is worth being popularized.
