摘要
以邻硝基乙苯为起始原料,经还原、与水合氯醛和盐酸羟胺形成肟基乙酰胺衍生物,环合、LiAlH_4还原四步反应制得7-乙基-1H-吲哚。四步总收率为30.61%。
7-Ethyl-1H-indole was synthesized from onitroethylbenzene through reduction with tin and hydrochloride, sandmeyer reaction with chloral hydrate and hydroxylamine hydrochloride to form the derivate of oximinoacetylamine, cyclization with 75% sulfuric acid and reduction with lithium aluminium hydride. The overall yield of 4 steps of reaction was 30.61%
