摘要
目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定复方茵陈注射液中栀子苷的含量。方法 Microsor-MV C18(250 mm×4mm,5μm)分析柱,流动相为甲醇-水(25:75),流速为1.2 mL·min-1,检测波长为242 nm,采用外标法定量。结果 栀子苷与其他组分分离良好,其回归方程为:Y=1561.11218X+62.49955,线性范围为0.36~1.78μg,相关系数r=0.9996,平均加样回收率为98.68%(RSD=1.56%)。结论 本法简便、快速、重现性好,适用于本品之含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a quantitative method to determine gardenoside in compound yinchen injection by HPLC. METHODS HPLC analysis was carried out using Microsor-MV C18 (250 mm×4 mm, 5 μm) column and methanol-water (25 : 75) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1. 2 mL · min-1 and the detection wavelength was 242 nm. The concentration of gardenoside was quantified by external standard. RESULTS The method was linear within the range 0. 36-1. 78 μg. The regression equation for gardenoside was Y= 1561. 11218X+62. 49955, r = 0.9996 (n = 5) and the average recovery of the sample was 98. 68% (RSD=1. 56%, n = 6). CONCLUSIONS This method is convenient, quick and reproducible, which is suitable for the quantitative determination of gardenoside in compound yinchen injection.
