摘要
目的将脂溶性抗血吸虫病药物硝硫氰胺转化为水溶性衍生物.简化血吸虫患畜治疗的给药方式。方法 通过化学手段引入水溶性基团进行结构改造。结果合成数个水溶性衍生物。结论硝硫氰胺的氨基酸衍生物的钠盐水溶性良好。
OBJECTIVE The antishistosome agent-water-soluble derivatives of nithiocyanmine ,were synthesized to simplify the therapy of animals infected by sehistosome. METHODS Using chenical structural modification method, the water soluble functional group was introduced to nithioeyannine, RESULIS Several water soluble derivaties were synthesized. CONCLUSIONS The derivatives of nithiocyanmine (their sodium salts) with glycine and alanine had good solubility in water.
