南瓜多糖对血糖调控及2型糖尿病疗效评价

Effect of pumpkin polysaccharide granules on glycemic control in type 2 diabetes

目的 对南瓜多糖颗粒剂血糖调控及临床疗效作出评价。方法按中药新药治疗糖尿病临床研究指导原则进行疗效评判,临床验证以南瓜多糖颗粒剂为治疗组;以消渴丸为对照组进行比较。结果 治疗组总有效率87.13％,其中显效16例、有效10例、无效4例。对照组总有效率为66.6％。两组比较治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论南瓜多糖颗粒剂作为一种新的降血糖药物,在临床观察中有较好的疗效.预示该药将有较好的开发前景。

OBJECTIVE To assess the effect of pumpkin polysaccharide granules on glycemic control and its curative effect. METHODS Under the guide of TCM new drug principles in clinical research, efficacy was observed in the treatment group with pumpkin polysaccharide granule and the control group with Xiao Ke pills. RESULTS The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87. 13%, among which 16 cases were effective, 10 cases remarkably effective, and 4 cases showed no effect. The total effective rate of the control group was 66. 6%. The effectiveness of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group (P<0. 01). CONCLUSIONS Owing to the better effect, pumpkin polysaccharidc granules can be taken as a new drug in the future development.
