Determination of naringin in Simotang oral solution by HPLC

目的 建立四磨汤口服液中柚皮苷含量测定方法。方法 采用高效液相色谱法,SymmetryC18柱(3.9 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-1％冰醋酸(38:62,v/v),检测波长283 nm。结果 柚皮苷在0.0153-0.153g·L-1内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9996),平均加样回收率为101.1％(n=6),RSD=2.7％。结论 本法简单、准确、可靠,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。

OBJECTIVE To develop a HPLC method to determine naringin in Simotang oral solution. METHODS Symmetry C18 column (3.9 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm) was used, methanol-1 % acetic acid (38 : 62, v/v) was used for the mobile phase, and the detective wave length was 283 nm. RESULTS The linearity was good within the range of 0. 0153 - 0. 153 g · L-1 (r=0. 9996). The average recovery was 101. 1% (n = 6) and RSD was 2. 7%. CONCLUSIONS The method is simple, accurate and reliable and can he used to control the quality of the medicine.
