复方利凡诺糊剂的制备与应用

Preparation and usage of combined rivanol paste

目的 制备复方利凡诺糊剂,观察临床疗效。方法将利凡诺制成复方糊剂,采用络合滴定法测定氧化锌含量。建立质量控制方法,并进行稳定性及临床疗效观察。结果制备的复方利凡诺糊剂质量稳定,含量测定方法简便可行;采用随机对照进行临床观察,平均治疗时间7 d,疗效确切。结论本制剂工艺合理,质控方法可靠,临床疗效满意。

OBJECTIVE To prepare the combined rivanol paste and observe its clinical effect. METHODS According to the operation process, combined rivanol paste was made. We measured the content of zinc oxide with complexing titration, established the quality control method and observed the stability and clinical effect. RESULTS The prepared combined rivanol paste had stable quality, simple content measuring method and satisfactory clinical effect with the mean treatment of only 7 days. CONCLUSIONS The preparation is reasonable with good quality control and satisfactory clinical effect.
