纸盒印刷色彩一致性的工艺控制研究

The process-controlling of color consistency in printing cartons

本文通过对纸盒印刷生产过程中的重要工艺因素,如工艺方法、承印材料、印刷用色等进行分析,指出其在保证纸盒印刷色彩一致中的重要性;同时对印刷版质量、润版液的pH值及表面张力、水墨平衡状态、叠印率等工艺条件对色彩一致性的影响进行了实验与探讨,给出同色密度偏差、同批同色色差、同批同色墨层光泽度偏差等色彩一致性的重要评价参数及其有效控制方法;并提出具有实际指导意义的几点建议。

By analyzing the important factors, such as processing, materials, printing color, the authors stress the importance of color consistency in printing cartons. By experiment on the plate quality, the pH of fountain solution and surface strain, the balance between water and ink, superimpose rate, the authors offer several evaluation parameters and efficient controlling methods about the density difference of the same color, the color difference of the same group, the Bristol difference of the same group and color. At last, the authors put forward several suggestions for controlling the color consistency in printing cartons.
