他汀类药物治疗肾脏疾病研究进展
摘要
他汀类药物具有多方面的药理作用,在肾脏疾病中广泛应用,具有保护肾小球、肾小管,减少肾移植排异反应,降低晚期肾脏疾病(ESRD))病人冠心病发病率和死亡率等作用。
