摘要
本文介绍了水面舰艇方案评价的一种方法,评价条目评分,权系数计算方法,并探讨了某些理论,提出了解决评价体系中的几个技术难点的意见。
With a view to provide means in selecting the optimal out of several preliminary designs and in decision-making scientifically, the authors present a comprehensive merit-evaluation method for surface naval ships. Examples are given to illustrate the various steps, i. e. the resolution of target into items, the choice of weighing factors for different catagories and the summing-up of the merit figures.
