抗凝剂与全血不同的抗凝比例对PT、APTT测定结果的影响 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨109mml／L枸橼酸钠与全血不同的抗凝比例对PT、APTT测定的影响。方法以目前常规要求即抗凝剂与全血的比例1:9为对照组，另取1:7、1：5为实验组观察其结果有无显著性差异。结果PT：1.7组与对照组相比较，检测结果明显延长，差异有具显著性(0．001<P<0．002)；1：5组与对照组相比较，检测结果延长更加明显，差异具有显著性(P<0．001)。APTT：1.7组与对照组相比较，检测结果同样明显延长，差异具有显著性(P<0.001)；1：5组与对照组相比较，检测结果延长更加明显，差异有具显著性(p<0．001)。结论抗凝剂与全血的比例对PT、APTT的测定结果影响明显。
