抗凝剂与全血不同的抗凝比例对PT、APTT测定结果的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨109mml/L枸橼酸钠与全血不同的抗凝比例对PT、APTT测定的影响。方法以目前常规要求即抗凝剂与全血的比例1:9为对照组,另取1:7、1:5为实验组观察其结果有无显著性差异。结果PT:1.7组与对照组相比较,检测结果明显延长,差异有具显著性(0.001<P<0.002);1:5组与对照组相比较,检测结果延长更加明显,差异具有显著性(P<0.001)。APTT:1.7组与对照组相比较,检测结果同样明显延长,差异具有显著性(P<0.001);1:5组与对照组相比较,检测结果延长更加明显,差异有具显著性(p<0.001)。结论抗凝剂与全血的比例对PT、APTT的测定结果影响明显。
