Ways and methods of market-oriented transformation of the geological units

随着地矿工作的不断深化,目前越来越多的地勘单位已经或者正在逐步走向市场。尽管其有自觉与不够自觉之别,有程度较深或较浅之异,但是,这些地勘单位毕竟已作出了具有历史意义的选择。笔者经过调查研究发现,尔今地勘单位进入市场大致有如下8种途径和形式。

The authors point out that there are eight ways for the geological units to enter the market by the transformation of the management orientation. These ways can be summarized into some forms such as separation, participatin, joint-venture, decomposition, group and grouping company and stock system and so on. These ways suggest many geological units gradually transformed from planned economy to the market economy and participated the market activities in accordance with the conditions. It is favourable for the improvement and development of the geological units. In the transformation course from former management form to new one, some issues as follows should be taken note. Firstly, the operation should be carried out according to the market demand and variation as well as the conditions of the geological units. Secondly, the management mechanism transformation might base on the market economic regularity. Thirdly, the new and available management system required to create and establish.
