在体操动作研究中 ,简单的定性分析已不能满足需要 ,要探讨其动作技术更深刻的规律性 ,必须进行定量分析 ,需要采用相关测量方法。测量方法是通过量具或仪器对研究对象的运动过程进行测定 ,获得一定的数据 。

The simple qualitative analysis cannot get to the need in gymnastics action analyzing. In order to get the rule in the skill , it is necessary to do some quantitative analysis and use the certain measuring methods . The measuring methods is to get data from athletics by testing them with the certain measure apparatus and instrument ,and find the rule in gymnastics action by analyzing the data we have gotten .
