It is a unable evasive problem that the resistance stuff has descended of university girl students. It is also a common recognition. Adoting body-building exercises that girls fond substitute long- distance running that they dread, penman has improved the function on heart and lung of students, adjusted the condition on breath system and established the foundation on 800m race.
