南京体院体育教育专业新生的心理特点与教育管理对策

The Psychological Characteristic and Education Management of Newcomers of P.E in Nanjing Institute of P.E.

通过对我院体育教育专业一年级新生的调查及访谈 ,发现新生由于受主、客观原因的影响 ,入校后产生心理适应不良或适应困难。作为教育管理工作者 ,应及时了解新生的心理特点 ,打破把心理问题看成是思想政治、道德问题的思维定势 ,把心理教育贯穿于整个教育管理的过程中 ,在各方面给学生以正确引导和帮助 ,使其尽快地适应大学的学习。

By surveying and talking with newcomer of P.E, The author finds that they often find themselves confronted with the problem of maladjustment or adaptation difficulty after entering college ,Causes for this can be either subjective or objective .To help them to overcome this problem ,the educational administrator should grasp their psychological traits with no delay. He/She should break away prom the stereotyped mentality thinking that psychological problems are nothing other tham ideological or moral ones. Psychological education is not to be neglected at any stage of student education and management. Only through correct guidance and patient help, can students adapte themselves to study and life on campus.
