对全国普通高校体育教育专业教学内容与课程体系改革进行了 4年的实证研究。研究表明 :《课程方案》培养目标明确 ,教学内容与课程体系合理 ,可操作性和灵活性强 ;《课程方案》有利于宏观调控和微观实施 ,有利于调动各校办出特色 ,提高教学质量和教学效益 ,有利于调动学生学习的主动性和积极性 ,有利于促进师资队伍的建设 ;加强师资队伍建设、教材建设、教学硬件建设 ,是实施《课程方案》

This paper proves that the curriculum program has definite objectives,reasonable teaching content and course system,which is beneficial to macro control and micro implementation and promotion of teaching quality and efficiency.It also contributes to arousing students′ subjectivity and enthusiasm for study and advancing the construction of teachers.
