江苏铜山县马头山钛铁矿矿物组分及分选特征初步研究

摘要 概述铜山县马头山钛铁矿矿区位于徐州—宿县隆断区东北端,矿体出露好且规模大。钛铁矿赋存于第四系全新统坡洪积亚砂土、亚粘土及震旦系辉绿岩风化壳中。钛铁矿为辉绿岩风化产物,分布于山体、山坡及山前洼地中,平均品位一般为3~5%,局部富集可达10%以上。为探索矿区钛铁矿矿石的可选性程度,省地矿局第五地质大队按成因和矿石类型, Located in northeast of Xuzbou-suxian County lifted block area. Matoushan Imenite Mine is a large scale deposit. Ilmenite in Matoushan Mine, a non mineral sand,belongs to weathering and semi-weathering type. They are distinctly characteristic of a poor separation degree of monomer and fine particle. And the titanomaghemite ore which is mainly iron — rich augite and some iron—stained clays and feldspars are the important factors affected the separation precision of ilmenite. Because the aggregate consists of titanomagnetite, titanomaghemite and superfine sphene,some strong magnetic minerals have higher content of titanium in ores. In the magnetic separation parts of inter locking body formed by ilmenite mixed in magnetic minerals, therefore, only if the grinding fineness is enhanced ,the bulk of separated ilmenite monomer can be recovered. However,the increase of grinding fineness may make about 1/3 ilmenite loss in tailings.The conventional dressing process with a poor beneficiation effect is undesirable and so,in order to separate perfectly ilmenite from ores,a new separation technology should be developed.
