试论《原道》的时代意义及其在儒学发展中的地位

On the Practical Significance and the Historical Position in Confucianism of A Probe Into Tao

《原道》是韩愈儒学思想的纲领，历代韩学研究者都对其高度重视，然而评价却大相径庭。考察《原道》写作的社会时代背景和文化学术背景可以看出：韩愈的辟佛倡儒有着鲜明的针对性和现实意义；《原道》中提出的道统说、尊孟说、心性修养论等，是对传统儒学形态的突破，并由此确立了它在唐宋时期儒学更新运动中引导发展方向的历史地位。

To A Probe Into Tao, Han Yu's guiding principles of his Cofucian theory, all the Henan scholars through the ages attached high importance. However, their appraises were widely divergent. By investigating its social and culture background, it can be seen that there were distincting aim and practical significance for Han Yu to criticize the Buddhism and to publicize the Confucinism. The theories advanced in A Probe into Tao including Confucian orthodoxy, worshiping Meng-Zi and moral cultivating broke out the formation of traditional Confucianism. Thus its historical position that led the regenerating movement of Confcianism in Tang and Song Dynasty was established.
