摘要 运动系统是非线性复杂系统 ,是以运动主体为核心建立在训练与竞技过程中的诸多因素的多样化统一。利用系统科学方法及生理学与心理学理论 ,对运动的一般原理与训练模式进行了研究 ,对运动训练中机体代谢、运动技能、心理系统作了复杂动力学的初步分析。指出运动中宏观模式的有序性 。 In present sports trainological theory, it has been proved definitely that motor systems are complex nonlinear systems composed by all kinds of elements focused on the sport subject during the movement. By methods of systematic methodologies, physiology and psychology, we studied the sport systems' general principles and training models, made a complex dynamics analysis on the process of organic metabolism,motor skill,and phychological system in sports training;and pointed out that the orders of sports macro models were based on the micro-variables' cooperation with the related sub-systems. And the training idea were talked with MAO Peng.
