摘要 教师社会地位是由政治因素、经济因素、职业道德水平和职业专业化水平四个因素决定的。我国教师在政治地位不断提高、经济地位稳步改善、职业道德水平一贯良好的前提下,应从职业的专业化方面真正提高自己的社会地位。而提高教师职业的专业化水平又应从优化教师职业从业人员的外部环境和提高从业人员的专业化水平两个方面入手。 The teachers' social status is decided by the following 4 factors: political factors, economic factors, professional ethic levels and specialization levels of teachers' work. Teachers in our country are playing an increasingly important role in political area, and their economic conditions are inproved, they also abide by the codes of professional ethics quite well, so the real way of promoting their own social status is to intensify the specialization of teachers' work. In order to achieve this goal, emphasis should be put on both optimizing teachers' external environments and improving teachers' professional levels.
