摘要
本文对材料的表面处理技术进行了综述。讨论了低温等离子体改善材料表面性能的机理.并简述其应用。
The paper synthesizes the technology of the surface treatment of materials . It is discussed that how the low temperature plasma change the surface characteristics of materials and the application is briefed.
