中国的文学艺术对民俗关注的历史源远流长,从《诗经》、《离骚》到《红楼梦》、《水许传》到现当代的文学作品,常常可以见到其中对某种风土人情或民风民俗的描绘,虽然这其中作家的因素不可忽视,但从中还是可以看出民俗与文学的密切关系。

In Chinese history, literature is always closely related with folk customs. While reading 'Shijing', 'LiSao', as well as ' ', even the contemporary works, readers are often exposed to the detailed portrait of folkways. This owes in part to the writers' style, and also undoubtedly reveals the potential closeness between literature and folk customs.
