Innovating the Work of Mentality and Politics of Higher School ' Young Teacher

本文通过对高校青年教师思想政治工作的重要性和存在问题的阐述、分析,提出了遵循“三个代表”的要求,结合新的形势和高校青年教师的特点,思想政治工作不断创新,使其具有“时代感”。

This paper analyzes the importance of the work of mentality and politics of higher school's young teacher and study the problems in it, put forward the need of following 'three representatives', combine the new position and characteristic of young teacher, innovate the work of it, and make it have 'times sense'.
