摘要
本文从素质教育的概念入手,对如何实施素质教育作了详尽的论述,提出了素质教育操作的四点原则,强调了教师在素质教育过程中所扮演的角色和影响力。
From the conception of quality education, this article makes a detailed discussion about how to implement the quality education. The author also raises four principles on carrying out the quality education. Moreover, it emphasizes the teachers' roles and their influence in such process.
