In the course of logistics reform in higher learning institutions,the prinsciple task of sanitary organs on campus is health care as well as safeguards against the common disease.Such work characterized by public welfare should not be handed over to the society enterprise,but be strengthened.From the problems of SARS this year,we may see the significance of our task.Based on the current situations of higher learning institutions and subsequent changes over reform,this essay probes into the feasible orientation of sanitary organs.
