对提高高校毕业生就业率的几点思考

随着我国市场化改革步伐的加快和高等教育改革的不断深入,毕业生就业率便成为高等学校事业发展的一条生命线,如何提高就业率已成为高校日益关注的重要课题。高校一方面要着力提高学生的综合素质、改革传统的培养模式、调整专业结构以适应社会需要;另一方面要建立健全完善的毕业指导和服务机构,保持供求双方的信息畅通,培养学生的就业能力;此外,还要通过教学与生产、科研相结合来缩短毕业生的社会适应期,增加毕业生的就业机会。

With the acceleration of the market economic reform and development of the higher education reforms, the growth of the universities relies on the employment rate of the undergraduates. Therefore, the comprehensive qualities of the students should be improved, the conventional training pattern reformed and the professional training structure adjusted to adapt to the demands of the society. A sound graduation guidance and service system should be set up to guarantee the communication between demands and supply and to train students' employment ability. Besides, the perfect combination of teaching, production and scientific research will speed up students' adaptation to the society and give them more chances of employment.
