Two Theoretical Issues in Psychological Counseling in Institutions of Higher Learning

高校心理咨询工作应正确对待和选用心理测验。心理测验是研究心理学的重要方法和决策的辅助工具,但心理测验作为一种研究手段和测量工具尚不完善。由于文化对心理咨询有着十分重要的影响,因此高校心理咨询应注意获得社会对心理咨询的理解与支持,同时也要注意心理咨询的本土化模式的构建问题。

Psychological counseling in institutions of higher education should adopt a scientific attitude to the use of psychological test. Psychological test is an important way of psychological study and a supplementary tool for decision-making. But, as a testing tool, it is far from being perfect. Because a social culture often imposes strong influence on psychological counseling, psychological counseling should acquire as much understanding and support from the public as possible. Meanwhile, we should pay attention to the localization of psychological counseling patterns.
