甜椒核型不育系AB_(91)的选育及杂优利用 被引量:2

摘要 利用在英格拜尔甜椒中发现的甜椒雄性不育源,经采用杂交、自交、测交、兄妹交等方法,选育出雄性不育性与优良农艺性状、抗病性、高配合力高度统一的甜椒雄性不育两用系AB91,其不育性由一对隐性核基因控制,遗传简单、不育性稳定、恢复源广泛、配合力高、可较快地培育出不同类型的优良一代杂种。利用AB91已选育出早、中、晚熟配套的系列甜椒杂交种,解决了我国甜椒一代杂种种子生产人工去雄的难题。 The male sterile line AB_(91) was bred by using a male sterile plant of sweet pepper discovered in field. The line AB_(91) was selected by means of cross, self-cross, test cross and successive backcross. It has stable sterility with fine horticultural characters, good tolerance to diseases and high combining ability. A series of F_1 hybrid varieties of sweet pepper were bred by crossing the genic male sterile line AB_(91) with inbred lines. The results showed that the male sterile line governed by one pair of recessive genes. The sterility is stable and is transselected easily.
