试论灾害统计的几个基本问题

On Some Basic Problem about Disaster Statistics

建立灾害统计是实践提出的新课题。本文在对灾害现象进行系统分析的基础上,运用挽计基本理论,对建立灾害统计的必要性与可行性,灾害的涵义与分类,灾害统计的任务、研究对象、理论基础、研究方法以及灾害统计指标体系等问题进行了初步探索。

To establishment of disaster statistics is a new problem arisen from practice for study. On the basis of systematic analysis the disaster phenomenon and basic statistical theory, a preliminary study is done on the necessity and feasibility of disaster statistics, significance and classification of disaster, task, study object, theoretical basis and study method of disaster statistics and its index system.
